ABUNDANCE is here

Jakob Guanzon’s debut novel Abundance is out now—and what a debut it is! Organized by the amount of money in the main character’s pocket, the book is tightly wound and propulsive from start to finish. And the bravura Walmart scene near the end of the book is the kind of swing-for-the-fences moment I live for as an editor. 

The book has been getting covered everywhere, from the New York Times Book Review to our local Pioneer Press (featuring quotes from yours truly). And Jakob has been doing interviews all over. This one in BOMB with Mina Hamedi is particularly good. And today he’ll be featured on NPR with All Things Considered’s Ari Shapiro, too.
